ZAMBIA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION EXHIBITION OF THE GOSPEL AND SHARE MISSIONS AT MEN’S ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Amen , Brother Bright had reported the following:
Gracious and Loving is our God who again gave us an opportunity on Day 2 (26/08/23) at the Zambia National Men’s Annual Conference to connect, to highlight, to meet with Timothies countrywide and making or planning for the 4 Fields Trainings and Gospel Chariot outreaches. Below are some of the opportunities God provided on Day 2 at the Men’s Conference:
1. INTRODUCING 4 FIELDS TRAININGS:
Praise God, we never anticipated that we could be given an opportunity to introduce and teach one of the Tools or lesson at the conference. I (Bright) was given 40 minutes to talk about Gospel Chariot and Share Missions primarily on the work of the Chariot and the essence of the 4 Fields Tools. Within the limited time, I was able to concisely talk about the outline and make an emphasis on GOD’S VISION. I challenged and reminded the audience that, without understanding God’s Big Vision as Christian Leaders, our Labour could be in vain. And without a strategy for to do God’s work, our Labour may not become in fruition. I therefore taught them a strategy by highlighting on the 5 Parts 4 Fields Over. With the remained minutes I was given, I quickly taught on Tool#12 MAWL Principle aligning to the Theme of the conference which is “Christian Leadership.” Excitedly, they were convicted that Christian Leaders has a high responsibility to bring up other leaders (Timothies) for the continuation of God’s of Winning the Lost, Training the Saved, and Planting Church that multiply. Brother Walter was also assigned one lesson of Christian Leadership, and in his presentation of the lesson he taught from the 4 Fields Leadership Tools principles by fully aligning to the urgent need of Discipleship and Church Multiplication. Praise God, with no doubt, the Church Leaders at the Conference loved our Tools and work of the Chariot. Notwithstanding, it was so surprising and we praise God for us to discover that the national organizing committee for the conference embedded in some 4 Fields Tools principles like the 5 Levels of Leadership. Some of them (organizing committee members- Elder Loloji & Evangelist Charles Phiri) are also 4 Fields Trainers who played a major role to include some of the 4 Fields Tools principles in the lessons. We thank God for these senior men who are truly and passionately supporting our Missions work in Zambia.
2. CONNECTIONS:
We really thank God that people were flocking to our mounted Gospel Chariot and Share Missions Booth to learn more about our work and exchanging contacts to continue communicating even after the conference as we plan for 4 Fields Trainings and Gospel Chariot outreach programs.
3. ZAMBIA MULTIPLICATION TRAINING TRAINERS:
We thank God for having had given us an event which brought us together as 4 Fields Discipleship and Church Multiplication Trainers. We utilized the time to have a meeting of introducing one another and plan how going forward we will continue working together in ensuring that the 4 Fields Tools are spread across all the regions of Zambia. And also talking about our challenges and failures in this noble work.
All Praises goes to God, for we met our objectives beyond our anticipation. Keep us in prayers as we work zealously and diligently for God to make Zambia fully become for Jesus !
