UGANDA GOSPEL CHARIOT MISSIONS OUTREACH AND 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING AT NSAMBYA BABY CHURCH ENDED SUCCESSFULLY.
Reported by brother Duncan.
The chariot crew led by brother Bagoole John Patrick are in BUSOGA Region, Luuka District this month. They begun from NSAMBYA Village at a Baby congregation from 14th - 17th March 2025
We were warmly welcomed by the Nsambwa Baby C.O.C community, and we spent four days engaging in evangelism and outreach activities.
Evangelism Activities
1. _Introduction and Preaching_: On the first day, we introduced our vehicle and mission to the public, clarifying that we were not affiliated to any political organization, since one political party has a red color as their party color. We then preached the Gospel broadly, and the people welcomed our teachings.
2. _Door-to-Door Evangelism_: The following day, we conducted door-to-door evangelism, meeting people from various backgrounds, including Muslims, Catholics, Anglicans, and Noah's followers. We addressed their questions about baptism, the vehicle's red and the chairs’ red color.
3. _Sword Method Teaching_: In the evening, we taught the Sword Method from Matthew 28:18-20, focusing on Jesus' command to make disciples, baptize, and teach.
4. _Film Showings_: On Sunday evening, we showed two films, "War Room" and "The Passion of Christ “ which attracted a large audience.
Results
1. _Attendance_: Despite challenges, we had a good turnout, with ten people attending the Sunday service.
2. _Interest in the Gospel_: Many people showed interest in our teachings and asked questions.
Challenges
1. _Misconceptions and Fear_: Some individuals spread rumors that our red chairs were for sacrificing people, leading to fear and reduced attendance.
2. _Diverse Beliefs_: We encountered people from various religious backgrounds, requiring us to address their specific doctrinal questions and concerns.
3. _First-Time Visit_: This was the first time for the chariot to visit this place.
Conclusion
Our time at Nsambwa C.O.C was marked by the evident interest in the Gospel. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve and share the Gospel with the community. We pray that the seeds sown will continue to bear fruit.
