I am always left in Awe seeing how exciting, encouraging, and inspiring it is becoming each time we meeting on zoom for Online Training on Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly. It was yet another exciting Tuesday evening on 28th June, 2022 having covered Tool#10: The 5 Levels of Leadership where 15+ participants joined the Online 4 Fields Discipleship Church Multiplication Training. Wow ! Thanking God and continual encouragement from uncle George for seeing new more faces joining and the Group is growing. Thank you Bro. Roderick from Pretoria, Teddy from Livingston and everyone for joining. Below is one of the participants who shared by commenting on the Whatsapp group after attending and learnt Tool#10:

My network had to cut brethren nevertheless i will drop my comment here! It was such an honor learning Tool 10: How to develop leaders that multiply. By Gods grace we have been taught about 5 - Levels of Leadership

L 1= seed sower, L2 = Church plant L3 = Church Multiplier L4 = Multiplication trainer and finally L 5 Movement Catalyst.

My comment was on level 1, seed sower. I have enjoyed personally learning about these five levels and by Gods grace i pray to reach on level Five.

The reason why i have picked to comment something on level one its because as i was following and learning i have come to understand that everyone can sow a seed, because we have been taught that on level one the disciple spreads the gospel among family and friends and also love lost people. Meaning before going very we far we can start on ourselves, family and friends. We are the generation where people think the gospel can only be preached at church forgetting that we have friends others even family members who know not about the gospel of Jesus (the good news) indeed we are learning a lot and personally i will say am very encouraged, inspired and motivated
