ZAMBIA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING AT MAPALA CHURCH OF CHRIST IN CHIPANGALI DISTRICT OF EASTERN PROVINCE

On Saturday, April 16, 2022, I traveled to Mapala Church of Christ in Chipangali District of Eastern Province with my Timothy - brother Ephraim Phiri for a 4 Fields Discipleship Training.

God be praised! We had a great time with the church there, and it was a wonderful 4 Fields training. The 4 Fields Discipleship Training was attended by 55 people. Can you believe this congregation is only 6 weeks old? God be praised! In the last six weeks, Brother Ephraim Phiri has baptized 37 people. More baptisms are likely to happen in the coming weeks and months. Indeed, the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest for more laborers to be sent out into the harvest.

I introduced the new congregation to the 4 Fields discipleship multiplication training. I taught, and one of the participants translated. I shared my story, Jesus' story, and the the baptism hammers.

I also encouraged them to tell others about what God has done in their lives and the important role they can play in God's kingdom. The lessons taught enthralled, moved, and amazed all of the participants. They wanted us to stay for a few more days. They have since asked us to return there as soon as possible.

Pray for us as well, that God uses us mightily to advance His Kingdom through the 4 Fields Discipleship training in the Eastern Province.
