WEST AFRICAN 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING FOR L3 TRAINERS WEEKLY REPORT
(MONDAY, JANUARY 13, 2025)
Reported by Brother Charles.
The meeting, which was Hosted and Facilitated by Bro. Eric was called to order @ 6:10 pm (GMT) with 8 trainers present. Bro. Eric DeGraft-Otoo offered the opening prayer.
GATHER
The Facilitator invited Bro. Worlanyo Bor to lead Gather, who called upon trainers to share their highs and lows looking back from our previous meeting, in respect of mutual time. Some members responded positively by sharing their highs and lows. Prayers were offered on their behalf by Bros. Ebenezer TUFFOUR and Solomon Mireku. During a short period of worship, bro. TUFFOUR was asked to sing. He sang, ‘We Thank You Lord Almighty…’ There was no Loving Accountability, because the previous week was devoted to Fasting & Prayers.
CASTING OF VISION
The Facilitator invited Bro. Job Tilabi to cast vision. He exhorted trainers to keep God’s vision alive and active and make intentional efforts to involve trainees to keep the vision ahead and work towards fulfillment.
GROW
The Facilitator thereafter called upon Bro. Ebenezer TUFFOUR to lead Grow. His Bible text was John 3:1-18, which was read beautifully by Bro. Charles Nii Odoi. Using the Sword Method, Bro. Ebenezer led trainers to make their own Bible discoveries by staying within the text. Interesting discoveries were made by trainers and ‘I Will Statements’ followed by all participants even before the allotted time could expire. Bro Ebenezer offered prayer to end this session successfully.
GROW
Again, the Facilitator called upon Dr. Biodun Owolabi to lead Grow. His tool of practice was: Church Healthy Circle . He took participants through it in a coherent and artistic manner.
SETTING OF GOALS
The Facilitator, invited Bro. Paul Maanoh to set goals.
He advised trainers to plan how to fulfill your, “I Will Statements.”
He went to exhort all trainers to draw their workable schedules in the week as regards those to pray for; share the gospel with; train in the week on the 411, etc. using their Relational Map. He said, ‘This must be intentional, purposeful and deliberate.’
COMMENTS
The Facilitator invited trainers to critique trainers for the day, for purposes of improving our training. The main comment emanated from Elder Egure to Bro. Job Tilabi to work towards fulfillment improve how he cast vision. Other trainers, such as, Bros.
