UGANDAN RWANDAN 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING
Amen, Duncan reported the following
Receive greetings from Uganda, we are hanging in here with our Lockdown restrictions. We give God the glory for exponential decrease in positive cases and increase in recoveries. I think our curve is being flattened, it's my prayer that thinks keep on this direction.
We are also equally busy doing all we can to see that the gospel is preached and Multiplication Disciple Makers are trained. All is done under observance of SOPs.
Yesterday we had an online training for our brethren in Rwanda. We were blessed by the presence of brother Paul Lulacha from Congo Goma. He was very helpful in explaining some tools in French, the language our trainees understand better. We did 4-1-1 and everything was done well in my opinion.
The small groups also continue meeting here in Uganda. The Wednesday ladies meeting is gaining momentum and ladies are learning a lot. Last Wednesday our newly converted sister "Kauda" led the 3/3s. She was a bit nervous, but did a great job according to Lucy's judgment.
There is another small group that started in Bukedea District, I do a phone call explanations for the 3/3s ,since none in the group owns a smartphone to enable them access zoom or whatsapp. I think we are doing great with a phone call training, just want them to get good at 3/3s, the rest will follow later when we are able to travel there for a face-face training.
The baptistry construction at the campus commenced two days ago. The brick work is ending today. Tomorrow I will have the plumber and the tiles guys make there final quote and begin their work. We already have two baptism candidates in the small group that meets at the campus under the leadership of brother Paul (our security guard). So as soon as this baptistry is ready, it will have work awaiting haha.
God bless you all, continue praying for the entire Uganda. This pandemic is having both direct and indirect effects almost in everything.
Amen Duncan. Thank You Lord and thank you all involved.
