Nkodokodo Church of Christ Gospel Mission with the Chariot.
After a worship service at Bugabula Church of Christ on march 23rd, I set out for Buyende District to join the saints at Nkodokodo Church of Christ. The journey was smooth, but upon arrival, dark clouds signaled an impending downpour. We quickly set up our tent at the church grounds, but within minutes, heavy rains descended, flooding the ground and soaking everything in its path. Yet, we rejoiced, knowing that rain brings abundant harvests—both for the land and for the Kingdom.
Despite the storm, the people of Nkodokodo showed remarkable dedication, turning up in large numbers for the three-day gospel mission. Over 300 people heard the gospel, and more than 100 eager participants gathered under the tent for Bible study. The Sword Method of Bible study proved powerful, as attendees made incredible discoveries about God, man, commands, and examples to follow. Many committed to sharing the gospel, furthering the mission of Christ.
We sealed the teaching with the 3 Circles – Jesus’ Story, helping many grasp the full picture of salvation. The open-air preaching and movies on the Kingdom of God were the icing on the cake, drawing even more people to the message of Christ. In the end, 9 souls surrendered to Christ through baptism, marking a victorious conclusion to this mission.
From March23rd to 25th, Nkodokodo Church of Christ became a place of transformation. We are grateful to Gospel Chariot and Share Missions for the unwavering support in spreading the Good News. As we move to a new mission field, we carry the fire of this revival, trusting that God will continue to work through us.
To God be the glory!
Amen and praise God Brother Duncan and the amazing team for the wonderful and encouraging work you are all doing for God. Thank You Lord and thank you all involved .
