Report from Kiseege Church of Christ
In a whirlwind of divine blessings, Kiseege Church of Christ recently played host to the Gospel Chariot for an electrifying two-day event! With hearts aflame and spirits soaring, we rejoiced in the miraculous resurgence of our congregation.
Praise be to God for orchestrating a magnificent time of spiritual rebuilding! Despite the challenges has faced, including the departure of many faithful Christians, the Gospel Chariot swooped in as a beacon of hope, reuniting scattered souls with the loving embrace of our church family.
As branches firmly grafted onto the true vine, Jesus Christ, we recognized the imperative of staying connected to bear abundant fruit. Through intensive training sessions employing the mighty "sword" method of Bible studies, we equipped over 50 passionate disciples to effectively wield the Word of God, piercing hearts and minds with divine truth.
But that's not all! Our mission extended beyond the church walls, as we boldly ventured into the heart of the community. Through captivating open-air gatherings and engaging movie screenings, we reached out to over 800 souls who were attracted by passion of Christ movie, igniting flames of curiosity and conviction in their hearts.
And the crescendo of our joyous celebration? Seventeen precious individuals made the life-altering decision to proclaim their faith through baptism, symbolizing their newfound commitment to walk in the footsteps of our Savior.
Yet, as we rejoice in our victories, we humbly acknowledge the need for a shepherd to guide and nurture this growing flock. Let us fervently seek God's guidance and provision as we pray for the emergence of a capable leader to shepherd Kiseege Church of Christ into a future overflowing with promise and purpose.
In the tapestry of our collective journey, each thread woven with faith, love, and perseverance, let us continue to march forward, fueled by the unquenchable fire of the Holy Spirit. For in God's hands, every obstacle becomes an opportunity, every setback a setup for a divine comeback!
