By God's grace 2023 Busoga Wide Conference was very successful. This is a regional annual conference, that attracts attendees/delegates from over 100 Churches of Christ congregations in our region.
Uganda Gospel Chariot Missions is a big partner of all Churches of Christ in Uganda. We are always blessed by such invitations to be part of efforts of propagating the gospel.
This year's theme was derived from Ezekiel 37:3 "....can these bones live?"
We had different speakers as follows:
-Maanda Wilson from Nawangoma church of Christ
- Duncan Ojiambo from Jinja Church of Christ
- Charles Wanyama from Buwuni Church of Christ
- Chule Rogers from Namoni Church of Christ
- James Okumu from Budoola Church of Christ; these preachers did a great job of exhortation and edifying the Lord's Church on this theme. They did their thorough research and they allowed the Holy Spirit to use them.
The three days of the conference from August 25th- 27th were days of learning and empowering the churches to stand firm in faith and hope.
The Chariot was parked next to the mosque, the Gospel has been preached to all people including the moslems. Mayuge District is a place dominated by moslems, however, the Chariot has done a great Job.
On Sunday 27th, the last day of the conference, 4 souls confessed Christ Jesus to be their saviour and they were baptized immediately.
The conference was attended by 300 people.
