NIGERIA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING REPORT FOR GWAGWALADA, ABUJA

Amen, brother Osita has reported the following

In line with our maxim that every Training is aimed at mentoring and strengthening another Trainer(s), we scheduled the training for Gwagwalada, Abuja where our brother Kennedy Abrotu is working. He was trained in our last training for Abuja Church Leaders and he showed great enthusiasm for the mission hence we decided to have a 4 day training session in his Congregation to sharpen his skills, identify other Trainers and ignite the Discipleship fire in the Gwagwalada axis of Abuja and even beyond. With great joy in my heart, I affirm that we achieved our aim(s) and even beyond to God’s glory.

The Trainers were Peter Egure (Elder), Ebenezer Tuffour, Kennedy Abrotu and my humble self, Osita Onuora.

*DAY 1*

The first day witnessed an attendance of 44 persons from 7 congregations including the trainers. At the end of the day's work, we allocated the trainees into groups and asked them to work as teams and invite participants to the next day's training.

*DAY 2*

The second day of the training saw an attendance of 63 persons. The Groups with great enthusiasm did their work and this gave me great joy. Still basking in the euphoria of the improved attendance, two (2) souls after listening to the presentations on the 15 Seconds Testimony and Jesus Story in 3 Circles, gave themselves for baptism. Our Elder, Peter Egure was overwhelmed with joy.

*DAY 3*

We also had 63 persons in attendance. We presented copies of the Bible to the new Disciples - Stephen and Maryann on behalf of Gospel Share Mission. The 4-1-1 which was taught to the new disciples the previous day immediately after their baptism, was formally taught on this day.

*DAY 4*

Day 4 witnessed a decline in attendance to 55. This was majorly as a result of the school engagement of some of the brethren who attend weekend school programmes. While the attendance dropped, the passion was very high. Most of the participants were there 1 hour before the scheduled time to do their group meetings. It was just so fulfilling to see the passion and fire in them.

When we asked the trainees their Take-home, they mentioned the Brutal Facts, 15 Seconds Testimony, Jesus Story in 3 Circles and the 4-1-1.

After doing the Three Thirds, we encouraged the brethren to be using it for their zonal home meetings which they gladly accepted.

The training was indeed wonderful and the fire was literally seen to be burning. May God be glorified. We are working on how to integrate some of the trainees from the training and use them in the training we are planning for the Kuje axis of Abuja. In fact, they requested passionately for it.

Nigeria is indeed burning for the Lord.

We are grateful for the opportunity given to serve.
