NIGERIA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING REPORT FOR MAKURDI, BENUE STATE, NIGERIA.

Amen, brother Osita has reported the following

One of our cardinal goals is to train and strengthen Trainers in every of our training sessions. Once we have very capable and competent Trainers, the task of being, and making disciples that make disciples that multiply becomes easily achievable. Consequently, we went to Makurdi, Benue State in the Northern part of Nigeria with Kennedy Abrotu and David Akpata to train with me, Osita Onuora.

There was a very high level of skepticism in the brethren. Some of them were feeling the same way some felt in the days of Paul, thinking "what has these bablers to say?" But to the glory of God, they were wowed by the presentations and promised to pay more attention to the things we are saying. About 50 participants including the Trainers were in attendance.

The highpoint of the training that humbled the participants was the Brutalizing of the Brutal Facts. They saw that it will take them about 4,400 years to get 10% of the lost in their region if they continue with the current method and pace. This undoubtedly underscores the need for the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication Model.

We requested that the participants should come with prospects to the DAY 2 of the training in order for us to briefly demonstrate to them how to use the tools especially the tools that deal with how to sow the seed.

The only prospect that was brought to the session obeyed the gospel and was baptized. Hallelujah!!!

Please pray for our new brother in Christ, Daga Morris Terna. God is indeed in the business of saving souls.

Worthy to mention is the presentation of the 5 Levels of Leadership. The brethren confessed that they were not even in Level 1 of the Leadership cadre. We prayed with them and encouraged them to be INTENTIONAL in their quest to make progress.

Also, they agreed that they will subsequently deploy the THREE THIRDS for their Zonal Fellowships and Bible Classes. Hallelujah!

They presented a calabash for drinking water to me and I was elated. Just imagine their transformation from Skeptics to Believers to Disciples and ultimately to Disciples Makers. Amen!

They requested that we should come again in November. They want us to join them and do the training in a remote area of the State. We are excited at the prospect and what the Lord will achieve through the opportunity. May God grant us all we will need to accomplish the tasks before us in Jesus name. Amen.
