Evangelism and discipleship workshop in 4 Fields. Equipping the saved to win the lost souls in their community.

Workshop has come to lessons/tools for church leaders.

Tool #10 is very useful as it is a roadmap or growth path for leadership in action.

5. Paul's Leadership: Catalyst of church movements in different cities, countries and continents and to the ends of the earth.

Church leaders learned the importance of tool #12 MAOI:

1. Modeling others to share the gospel and discipleship.

2. Help them to do it.

3. Watch them closely and make adjustments.

4. Go let them grow and go equip and develop more leaders.

Equip+Develop+Delegate = Grow and multiply disciples and church leaders.

God bless this group of congregation leaders who are equipping and preparing to lead the church of Christ to reach its community for Christ, making the great commission one of the priorities of church life.
