The gospel truck team in Mexico shares the following:
Every day God has given us the opportunity to go to the community, we visited Alicia, a person of peace, in need of God, she was presented with the gospel using the diagram with the three circles and we concreted study for this Saturday, then we returned and had a sword method where we discovered God's message and everyone shared their "I will do".
In the afternoon the group of brothers equipped could practice in the
Community what they learned in the evangelism workshop, in how to go to the community, know the needs and share the gospel with them, thank God the brothers ended up excited and enthusiastic to return to the community, and all found peaceful homes. For the Glory of God.
We went out looking for people/house of peace, getting to know the community; the people are very kind, allow us to stop by and pray for their needs, and share the gospel with them.
In the afternoon we were at the house of the newly baptized sister: Juanita and her husband brother Rodolfo, discipling them discovering the bible together using the sword method, brother Rodolfo was very enthusiastic to be equipped with such a simple method, and so put it into practice, at the end of the sword method we all share our "I will".
At night the local church were very excited to be equipped on how we can all present the gospel in a simple, biblical and reproducable way. There was a lot of participation, comments and reflection.
At the end, they practiced a lot with each other with great encouragement, all preparing for the great commission, excited and willing to go sow in the field. Thank God for families.
Each morning before we go to community, we begin with a devotional, pray, sing, and discover the Bible together with the sword method. Then immediately we went out to look for houses of peace, knocking on doors, getting to know the community and publishing the activities of the church of Christ.
Walking through their streets, getting to know the neighbors, praying for their needs, we arrive at a house of peace, opening the door to their home, inviting us to come in... We arrived at Himelda's house, she was sad and worried, distressed, we also met her daughter-in-law Jazmin.. We ask to know a little about your situation, in this broken world full of pain, we could share the message of hope of the gospel giving you a little peace, love, and strength in these moments of distress, need, where is God who can supply all our needs; we pray for them and the family situation.
We have a study with them this Saturday God willing.
In the evening we had a beautiful service where we could hear the message of God by our brother Benito, part of the movie of the passion of the Christ was shown. Jose Luis is still encouraged, our friend Braulio and Lady Martita as many visitors we had yesterday, Glory to God for all the church that works united, making team, sharing food with visitors, encouragement, company, all thinking about reaching the lost, sow the seed of the gospel and that more people come to the state of salvation.
