The session opened with prayer. Then we went thru the Mutual time, the worshipped hour, fulfilled our pledged loving accountabilities, and vision was cast from James 4:13&14. advising us to accept Christ without wasting time as no one knows the hour or minute.
The sword method was used to teach the disciples. The book of Acts 2:38-47 was used in our discovery method.
We discovered that God was with the disciples always, providing for them and increasing them in their numbers.
It was discovered that man preached the message of repentance on the day of pentecost, leading to the baptism of about 3000 souls.Man shared love to each other and sacrificially gave for God's work.
We also discovered. that good examples like obedience to baptism, fellowshipping, and all qualities that make a healthy Church were practiced by the disciples.
Finally, we discovered the command of repentance from Peter in order to be saved from this perverse world, which they obeyed.
As a result I will statements like, I will obey the commandments of the Lord like the disciples, to fellowship together as disciples, to repent of my sins were made by group members.
The Grow session was closed with a prayer after the I will statements.
In the Go session, the 15 seconds testimony was fully treated and everyone understood that they have a story to positively change someone's life. Two persons admitted that they have some stories to tell as example to help someone to come to Christ. They promised to narrate it in our next session.
The session ended with our "I will" statements. Two persons promised to bring their friends to our next meeting. Finally our session ended with a prayer.
