KENYA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND MULTIPLICATION WEEKLY REPORT FROM THE GCM KAKUMA REFUGEE CAMP AND KALOBEYEI REFUGEE SETTLEMENT

Amen , Brother Dunia reported the following:

Greetings.

We are grateful to our heavenly Father for giving us the opportunity to serve Him. From December 26,2022, to January 1, 2023, we carried out the following twenty-six major activities: Ten worship services, seven training sessions, four in-person sessions in Kakuma and Kalobeyei, and three online with our brothers and sisters from Germany, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and one brother from South Sudan, there were also three children's classes, three prayer services, one child feeding service, one baptism service, and one general gathering of our nine churches in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement.

Our general assembly inspired every Christian to spread the gospel to everyone and everywhere. We presented our objectives to all nine churches and their leaders. We had over 548 people in attendance, excluding children. Our ushers attempted to give numbers to participants in order to get the exact number, but when we arrived from the baptism pool to the gathering, they were overpowered by the crowd, so they stopped at 548 and left others to enter the gathering without numbers to make the work easier.

We finished the year with a great harvest and begin the next with the vision of moving forward with the gospel. We baptized 139 new Christians, including 13 in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (see Swahili group report) and 126 from our Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement churches. We reached out to them in various ways and with different groups of trainers. Fellowship services, door-to-door services, 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication Trainings, invitations to prayer services, and so on. Our baptism and general gathering were held in Kakuma Refugee Camp, so our four Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement churches traveled to meet with the five Kakuma Refugee Camp churches.

We purposefully chose to include more photos of the gathering and baptism, as well as a short video of our baptism for those who may be interested in how the baptism went. Having read this update, we appreciate your time.

Amen Brother Dunia and the Team. This is really great and exciting seeing lost souls won to Christ. Praise God, His work is continuously expanding in the Kenyan regions. Keep it up Dunia with your team for Jesus and it is such a great way to start a year such Harvest. Thank You Lord and thank you all involved
