KENYA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND MULTIPLICATION WEEKLY REPORT FROM GCM KAKUMA AND KALOBEYEI REFUGEE SETTLEMENT
Amen , Brother Dunia reported the following:
Hello Everyone, We organized 24 major activities to express our gratitude to God for the opportunity to serve Him from December 5, 2022 to December 11, 2022: Seven Worship Services, Eight 4Fields Discipleship Multiplication Training Sessions; five face-to-face sessions in Kakuma and Kalobeyei, and three online sessions with Brothers and Sisters from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Germany. In addition, four Children's Classes, two prayer services, and two fellowship services are included in our weekly update. Reaching out to the Lost around us, as well as a feeding service for the children.
The Kakuma Refugee Camp groups did not practice good worship, but the Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement did. It rained early in the morning in Kakuma while all of the groups always worship in the open air, making it difficult for them to worship according to their respective plans. However, God saw this situation as significant because it allows us to see that people have truly received Jesus Christ by seeing all of them worshiping in their shelters and others worshiping in their compounds despite being surrounded by mud and harsh weather. Furthermore, while others walked in the rain without an umbrella to Church to worship, our Kakuma building was full as usual. We discovered that our efforts were not in vain.
Thank you for taking the time to read this weekly update.
Amen Brother Dunia and the Team. This is really great and exciting looking at the work you are doing in those camps. Keep it up for Jesus ! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved.
