Yesterday we have had our weekly physical training. In the first half of the session, our leaders practiced the previous tool which 4th tool. One leader drawn the springs in the beginning of his practice. After the practice session of all leaders, that brother realized that when the springs come in the scene. Lot of corrections and perfections that is what practice. I taught the difference between "sharing 3 circles" and "training 3 circles".

In the second half of the session, I taught tool 5. The leaders were amazed. Many brothers shared their feed back from their own experiences.
