Report from my team Ratnakar at North Karnataka
# Day 2 Training update, we conducted these two days at a very high mountain Area hosted by GOKAK CHURCH OF CHRIST
Total 31 preachers attended from various villages, local ladies participated and also, we conducted separate training for ladies.
Trainers: Dayakar, Ratnakar, Eswar, Devaraj Upcoming new Trainers joined Sundar, Suresh, Matthew, Babu.
No preaching, No Teaching complete involvement & Practical way by giving more time for practice.
God is so good, we continued on day 2 Training and all the preachers gathered on time once again. We reviewed the outline and immediately started with 5 levels of Leadership and the MAWL Principle. They were very much connected and responded to become level 3 trainers. Some of the senior preachers said we missed to do this training from many years.
We focused more time in learning how to do sword method bible study in small groups, this is very powerful and we got good responses from preachers after they showed to have loved to start small groups in their respective churches. We studied from Psalms chapter 51 and discovered many lessons and we concentrated on one scripture without any hyper linking only focused to discovered about on God, Man, Example, and Command. Brother Ratnakar facilitated in Kannada his own language after some time again we divided into 7 groups for practice and taken psalms 23 scripture each group 5 preachers almost 90 % they done well and slowly discovered lessons from this scripture each group was involved in the sword method bible study.
We presented certificates those who attended online from last six months and also participated these two days.
We set a goal for every preacher to once again to review all the tools with their families and also attend every Monday the Kannada online training to grow and helpful to their local churches. We all formed one circle and specifically prayed for our own Relational map those who are far from God. Our Trainers Ratnakar, Devaraj, Eswar are going to start the sword method bible study home groups and also, they will continue every Monday online training.
Ratnakar Gen map is Amazing, he trained his brother Eswar now he is very good in making disciples than his brother after some time he got preacher Devaraj through Devaraj connection brother Suresh who joined again after one year and also recently preacher Matthew connected with the team.
