Gospel Chariot Missions, West Africa, First Quarter Update – 2020
Hi Everyone,
Our prayers are with our hurting world at this time. Our chariots are all off the road, but I must say, we as a team are onto a new dream and we are loving it as we learn how to do church via zoom. I personally worship with small groups, breaking bread at least 5 times on a Sunday. I also get together with another 5 groups during the week, helping them regarding disciple making and saving souls for Jesus. As they say “when life hands you a lemon, make lemonade” and that kind of sums up where we are as a team. Bottom line, we are learning so much and when those chariots get going again, we will be so much better equipped and ready for God’s work.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, FOR WORKING WITH US AND LETS GET EXCITED ABOUT WHAT LIES AHEAD. THIS TOO WILL PASS.
A RECENT CONVERT:
Nigeria
Brother Biodun Owolabi reported the following from Nigeria on the 15th of March:
To the glory of God, there was a bountiful harvest of souls today at Owode-Egba. Five souls in all were baptized into Christ. Four Sisters and one Brother. This brings the total number of baptisms in the course of this trip to Seven. We thank God for this number and pray Him to keep them faithful to the end of time. The newly baptized brethren are:
Sis. Akindele Marvelous
Sis. Afolabi Alice
Sis. Kolawole Kehinde
Bro. Oriola Ifeoluwa
Sis. Ogunrinu Oluwaseun
We are very grateful to God for this great blessing to the work.
The Nigeria Gospel Chariot Evangelist, Ime Inyene reports as follows:
The Nigeria Gospel Chariot maiden campaign for 2020 took it to Owode-Egba and its environs in the gateway state of Ogun, Nigeria. This trip commenced on the 9th of January and lasted all the way to the 30thof January, 2020. Five communities were visited in the course of this trip. The communities visited are as follows:
1. Mokore.
2. Ibafo.
3. Mowe.
4. Owode-Egba.
The Gospel of Christ was preached by many ministers of the Gospel in these communities.
A total of seven souls were baptized and added to the Church. All praises, glory and honor are returned to God for these souls who were called and added to the Church by Him. The souls who were baptized are:
1. Sis. Oluwakemi Ogunwemimo
2. Bro. Christian Onuoha
3. Sis. Akindele, Marvelous
4. Sis. Afolabi, Alice
5. Sis. Kolawole, Kehinde
6. Bro. Oriola, Ifeoluwa
7. Sis. Ogunrinu, Oluwaseun
It is greatly believed and trusted that God will uphold these ones and keep them safe in the hollow of His hands even as they continue to remain steadfast and serve Him faithfully to the end.
The Gospel Chariot Crew worked with the Church of Christ meeting at the Black Sign Board, along Badagry Express Way, Lagos on the 4th of March.
Thank God for His mercies and grace that we are here.

Liberia
Isaac Daye has reported the following on the 4th of March:
The Gospel Campaign supporters by the Gospel Chariot-Liberia ended yesterday Sunday March 1, 2020. The Gospel Chariot Team left for Konjollo, Lofa County, on February 24,2020.
During our stay we evangelized in additional 3 villages; Korluma, Nyema town and Yebedu. The Gospel Campaign successfully ended with at least 17 souls were baptized and added to the Lord’s Church.
Thanks so much for the Gospel Chariot support.
More from Isaac has reported the following from Liberia on the 4th of February:
Our team (Gospel Chariot Mission) traveled to Goagortuo, Kamplay, Nimba county, a stone throw away from Ivory coast, and 180 miles away from Monrovia, for a Church planting campaign in Bro Cyrus Behyee’s village.
Upon Brother Behyee graduation from Restoration Bible and Agriculture institute, he expressed his desire to move on to his village to plant the Lord’s Church.
Gospel Chariot Mission alone with some of Cyrus’s former instructors and school mates (Alfred Beyan, Moses Beh and Paul Parten) embark on a rowdy journey, but successful, to honor Cyrus’s invitation to help him plant the Church. Four days public preaching and evangelism were carried on.
We made it. Goagortuo Church of Christ has been planted with thirty one (31) baptisms. We give God the glory.
Our team is back on base preparing for Lofa. We appreciate you all for your prayers and support.
Our next port of call is Lofa county.
More from Isaac on the 28th of January:
We have had more than 30 baptism as of today Sunday.
In a week long gospel campaign of our team and chariot I received the following report from Nathern Tears preacher of Bong mines church:
The campaigns were held in Bong Mines once a booming mining town in Lower Bong county and Moigan Village.
