Gospel Chariot Missions, Southern Africa, Fourth Quarter Update – 2019
Hi Everyone, hope this finds you doing well. Happy New Year to all. 2020 is here and we are up and running and getting all chariots road- worthy and equipped for the long year ahead and some are on the road already. I am in South Africa and will be going to Uganda also where we will be doing disciple training with all our Chariot teams as we look to getting better equipped and all on the same page regarding reaching millions in the coming years, if it is God’s Will and I believe God is up to something very big in Africa. PLEASE PRAY FOR THIS. Also see below as we continue to expand our territory for Jesus and especially in the Muslim dominated regions.
RECENT CONVERTS:
South African Gospel Chariots
Below shows our Southern African Gospel Chariots heading off for repairs before year end. It has been, once again, an amazing year with thousands and thousands hearing the word of God and thousands being baptized into Jesus in the 21 countries we are now working in, soon to be 26 countries.
Pretoria Campus and Daycare
Below shows our new daycare centre at the Gospel Chariot Missions Campus. So we now have a short term bible school, a Church, a daycare and a great facility where we bring leaders in for disciple making training and where we also do men’s work through the Crucible project. Also from there we have three gospel chariots that leave and travel into 10 Southern African countries every year. Thank You, Lord.
BELOW SHOWS OUR NOVEMBER DISCIPLE MAKING SEMINAR AT THE CAMPUS AS WELL OUR BIBLE SCHOOL GRADUATION.
Thank you Brian Lister and Tebogo Ramatsui for helping teach the four fields disciple making seminar and being part of the bible student graduation.
Nambia
God continues to help us teach on disciple making and multiplication in Namibia. Small groups are learning to gather together and weekly teaching and practice is taking place on disciple making. It is wonderful and there are now more than 8 home churches meeting in their space and place with them all coming together every 3 months.
Please pray for these new groups.
The following was on the 11th of November with the Bushman tribe.
It has been a wonderful year looking for open fields north of the Tsumeb Namibia campus area and how God goes before us and how exciting it is working with unreached people who have no worldly possessions.
More communities are inviting us and it is awesome to be part of this. Laurence, Emily and John are doing an amazing job with the mini gospel chariot and with these lovely people. I will be shipping a container of clothes, bibles and supplies this week to Namibia from Australia.
Zimbabwe
De Villiers and team have reported the following on the 18th of November:
What a great week in Zimbabwe at Ngundu where we had time to do a revival, motivating, and outreach. We had a great attendance from both Ngundu and Zunga. And there were 4 souls added to the Lord. We are glad for Beitbridge brethren Muleya and Chuma, we thank the Lord for you guys, for this joint relation in His service.
It was a great experience, and we give thanks to OT Malindi for training us and equipping us for this great work. And able to entrust us with a lot of duties in his absence, it makes us grow and learn many things.
Malawi
CONTAINER OFFLOADED IN MALAWI.
Thanks Quinton, Wayne and Mike for helping with the loading. It’s always good to see when it gets to the destination.
Let’s pray for those distributing and those who will receive.
As reported on the 18th of November:
We sent a shipping container with bibles and clothing to Malawi and Alisia Briggs from Perth asked us to please pass on some goods to Winfrida who works with a orphanage and we have done exactly that.
Mozambique
Lyman and Robert reported the following from Mozambique on the 9th of October:
In Mozambique, the Chariot was accompanied by seven preachers who came from different places of Angonia and Tete provinces.
The amazing work has been done in one week of this chariot 2 being in Mozambique. 87 souls have been baptized, over 50 Students have been Registered for the WBS.
Robert and Lyman also reported the following from Mozambique on the 10th of October:
At Manica, 14 souls have been baptized and now 101 souls have been baptized here in Mozambique and planted one church at Changara where there was no Church.
Australia
COMBINED HOUSE CHURCH GET TOGETHER ON THE 13TH OF OCTOBER
At least 40 of us got together for our second house church get together in Perth and it was really good as new faces and new groups are started and also joining the network.
The stage has been set for a multiplication network where disciples can be made and more home groups started that ultimately multiply when they reach a number of 15 people in a home group.
Please pray for these efforts here in Perth.
