GHANA TOGO MISSION WITH THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP CAMPAIGN REPORT
GHANA TOGO MISSION WITH THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP CAMPAIGN REPORT
Brother Charles had reported the following:
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED TO THE GLORY OF GOD
*”Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Som and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age”* (Matthew 28:19-20, NRSV).
In obedience to the the Master’s command, our objective for this trip was to make disciples by restoring old congregations that were not meeting anymore, encourage and strengthen existing congregations, show love in communities via medical outreach, teach the 4 Fields Discipleship model for congregations to keep multiplying, assist with the graduation of students for the graduates to effectively lead the numerous congregations that God has planted through our efforts, and count on God constantly to provide the increase.
These we have been able to accomplish with the help of God. Hallelujah!
DAYS EIGHT AND NINE (8 & 9) - MONDAY & TUESDAY JUNE 17-18, 2024
The Team traveled early Monday morning from Dzodze to Ho, where we lodged and worked at the Abutia area for 2 days. The Medical team joined us on Monday and we worked at Agorve, Kpota, Kloe and Teti, taking care of about 410 people. As the Medical team returned to Dzodze, we went back to the same communities to encourage the churches together with the 25 who put on Christ in baptism the previous day. Many brought their family and friends, so 13 more people put on Christ in baptism. Bringing the total baptism at the Abutia area to 38. In encouraging the brethren, we used Acts 14:21-22, laying much emphasis on the fact that going through tribulations is part of the life of a disciple. Many of the brethren shared their joy in the timelines of the message.
At the end of the campaign, the gospel of Jesus Christ has been shared with over 5,500 people, 869 have obeyed and been baptized, 18 old congregations have been restored and 15 new congregations have been planted. We’re so grateful to all those involved in Prayer, Financial, Physical, and Material Support. Please keep praying as we embark on Follow up soon.
The Team from US have arrived safely in their home country and the Ghanaians are safely with their family now by God’s grace.
God is still moving among His people and saving the lost into His kingdom of light. Thank God for all involved in one way or the other, and please continue praying for more harvest to His glory .
Amen and Praise God brother Charles and the Team for the wonderful work you all did for the Lord, keep it up for Jesus ! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved .
