TRAINING UPDATE

This report is an update of training as below

1. Nsumia

The second training session of the leadership of the above congregation came off successfully on Saturday, 13th May 2023. The trainers were Solomon, Lawrence and Eric. They took turns with trainees in tools from fields 2, 3 and 4. This was after Solomon had had taken trainees through a revision. As it is said one cannot put something on nothing so this previous knowledge was important for smooth progression. About twenty (20) trainees participated with two (2) new leaders who missed the first session. In same way we missed two persons (trainees) due to some other engagements.

2. Fadama

The training in this congregation continued with it's fourth (4th) session on Sunday, 14th May 2023. Bro Solomon was there to lead the intensive training session. Tools trainer went through were Sword Method and 3Gs and 4 1 1. Those who were originally assigned for this training (Benjamin and Baffour) could not make and hence brother Solomon had to take their place.

3. Lakeside

This congregation is only in it's second session of training. In the first session Bros Edwin Osei Kumi and Eric DeGraft-Otoo took turns on Matt 28:18-20; Overview; 5 Parts 4 Fields and God's Big Vision-Global on 7th May 2023. Their second session came off successfully yesterday (14th May, 2023) with trainers Paul and Boakye taking trainees through Brutal Facts, Local and Personal Vision (Relational Map).

The trainings will continue, Lord willing as scheduled Saturday and Sunday.

One challenge with especially Fadama is their time of start, 7am prompt. It is therefore important for trainers to take note and prepare accordingly. Lakeside starts at 8am prompt and so that should be noted as well.

Coordinator is encouraged to notify all trainers of their tools and venue ahead of time.

Thank God for all who are involved and the continuous expansion of the kingdom through the collective efforts of the 4 Fields Discipleship and Church Multiplication Training across the globe .
