*THE GHANA GOSPEL CHARIOT AND THE 4 FIELDS TEAM IN THE EASTERN REGION*

The past weekend was a great one by the grace of God.

The Gospel Chariot has been on Campaign in the Eastern Region of Ghana since the beginning of June. We Trained some of the church leaders in the Regional Capital in March, so we allowed them to work in the areas we had trained while we joined them later in some of the other areas yet to be Trained.

The Training commenced at New Tafo, in the Abuakwa North District of the Region, where 14 congregations have been meeting together for various Evangelistic activities as a Group. We had 109 of their leaders in attendance on the 1st day. They were so excited as we took them through the Exposition of Matthew 28:18-20 and God’s Big Global Vision. They were surprised to realize that, in spite of their frantic effort, they were yet to live their lives as Disciples of Jesus Christ by bearing much fruits.

They promised to call other leaders who couldn’t attend to come and benefit from the great discoveries they had started to make in the Bible. We left the church premises the first night with the assurance that we’d have over 200 participants on Day 2.

Unfortunately, however, there was a heavy rain in the evening. We didn’t believe anyone could make it, since the meeting place is located in the outskirts of the town. Yet, about 28 participants defied the rains and attended. Many others called to inform us that they were still waiting for the rain to reduce for them to join us. Seeing their willingness and desire for more, we decided not to introduce new Tools. We therefore engaged those there in an interesting discussion on the previous day’s Lesson.

They made calls for Brethren to attend the Saturday Training from the morning, instead of the evening they had earlier scheduled. We had 6 hours of Training on Saturday and ended in the Seeded / Gospel Field, and promised to visit them again soon as they start practicing the Tools.

During the presentation of the Brutal Facts, we realized that the church had been in that community for close to 50 years, with only 2 out of the 14 congregations having members above 100. In Brutalizing the Brutal Facts, each of the Groups mentioned that, it would take 1,000s of years to save 10% of the lost, if they continued in the same pace and with the same methodology they were using.

When we introduced the Relational Map, entered Fields 1 and 2 with the Tools, the participants shared their views and spoke in turns to mention how Simple but Effective they think our Tools were. They were so excited and pleaded that we returned to them sooner to complete the Training.

The Trainers, aside Brothers Osei and Ernest with the Gospel Chariot, were Charles Nii Odoi, Solomon Antwi Mireku and Prince Ntow from the Central Bronx church in New York.

Though he came to Ghana to bury his deceased Mother, the brother has been so enthusiastic in joining us to Train the Leaders of the church.

He also applied the Tools to Baptize 2 Family members before the Training, and also Baptized another 2 Friends after the Training.

*ACCRA SUNDAY 4 FIELDS TEACHING IN CHURCHES*

Our Sunday church Trainings saw me, Charles Nii Odoi, teaching at the East Legon church. The people were in the state of ecstasy when I demonstrated the Practical Multiplication Model with them, after taking them through the Seeded Field and introduced the 4-1-1 to them.

In their excitement, they each promised to practice the Tools and help Make Disciples who Make other Disciples.

*MALI ON FIRE FOR CHRIST*

In another development, Brother Peter Ofori Amponsah has reported of 2 Baptisms in Mali. After receiving the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication Training in Ghana, during the December, 2021 conference, the Brother has been trying to use the Tools and we’re all excited for his achievement. Let’s all remember him in prayer as he works in a difficult Moslem country.

The Accra Team has since arrived in Cape Coast, the Capital of the Central Region of Ghana, after passing through Accra for one day.

Thank God for all who are involved and the continuous expansion of the Ghana work that has also overwhelmed other countries.
