CMN AND GUINEA-BISSAU 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING REPORT

I don’t know why I’m so impressed with the young men who are being trained and surround Brothers Anum Thompson and Abdou Sidibeh, the missionaries for the country. They were many, and some of them worked with the late Pal Manneh, the first missionary, and the late Isaac Kpakpo Adotey who followed. Many have since left, but these ones have remained faithful to the call in spite of the persecution they face from their families and the community.

The Retraining drive that was started in Ghana with positive results, is being replicated in other places. This has brought me and Elder Douglas Boateng to Bissau, the capital of Guinea-Bissau.

The Church of Christ started here about 10 years ago. The one congregation has been the only one until another one was planted in 2023 and the latest in February 2025. Thanks be to God for the amazing things He’s doing through the 4 Fields Discipleship and Church Multiplication Training. I highly commend the leaders here for their exceptional strong effort and self motivation amidst huge challenges.

I’ll explain what makes this field exceptionally difficult at another time. My visit with Elder Douglas Boateng, and Training the leaders with the Sword Discovery Method with the brethren was so exciting, with some amazing discoveries.

I thank God the key leaders who are the Timothys of Brothers Anum Thompson and Abdou Sidibeh, have realized that despite the exceptional difficulty they face, the Relational Map and Sword Discovery Method can help them multiply more disciples for the Lord in this country. Kindly keep them in your prayers always please.

The future of the church is so bright with a majority of youthful population. They however need guidance and protection from the widespread negative influence in this society. Please pray more for them.

Thank God for all who are involved and the continuous expansion of the kingdom through the collective effort of the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication across the globe .
