AFRICA WOMEN WEEKLY WEDNESDAY 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND MULTIPLICATION ZOOM TRAINING.

Amen , Sister Lucy reported the following:

Thankful to God for today's training. We moved to the fifth part, being trained on how to develop leaders and multiply them. Our facilitator was Amani, Lucy did the review of the Left-hand guide and Patricia reproduced 5 levels of leadership, which was trained by Sister Olivia.

One lady shared with us how sometimes she feels frustrated with a group that is not yielding fruits even if she does her best in doing discipleship with them. The group encouraged her not to give up, to be patient with that group, and always to look for people in the group who are enthusiastic about discipleship so that she spend extra time training such people.

It has been a beautiful training. Blessings.
